NeNe Leakes DISMISSES LAWSUIT CASE

Nene Leakes dismisses the lawsuit against Bravo, Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, and other parties involved. The lawsuit filed in April by Leakes accused the parties of violating federal employment and anti-discrimination law. According to the lawsuit, the former RHOA housewife

complained to the executives about racial remarks made by former cast Kim Zolciak-Biermann years ago and she only suffered the consequences.

The court documents, “dismisses this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice” meaning the former RHOA co-star can reopen the case at a future date.

“All parties consent and stipulate to the foregoing dismissal,” the document reads “No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys’ fees in any submission to this court.”
