NENE LEAKES AND ANDY COHEN "NEGOTIATING " BRAVO LAWSUIT

Nene Leakes, Andy Cohen, and NBC Universal are currently in talks to settle the

lawsuit against the companies behind the show, alleging that they fostered and tolerated a hostile and racist environment. The lawsuit states that Leakes complained to the executives about racial remarks that were made by former cast Kim Zolciak-Biermann years ago and she only suffered the consequences.

Leakes and parties involved were given a 45-day extension until Aug19th after the defendants requested that more time should be given to negotiate the dispute, per court documents. The motion filed on June 24, revealed that Cohen and NBCU argued that the mutual contract agreements existing between them are “already subject to arbitration in New York.”

In addition, the motion also noted that Leakes and both parties are “in the process of negotiating this issue in an attempt to avoid the time and expense of a motion to compel arbitration” through their individual lawyer. The judge granted the deadline extension since both sides agreed that a 45-day extension is necessary to “complete these discussions”.
